We are thrilled to announce the release of our second version of the memberships feature! Our main goal with this update is to provide more customization options and a better user experience for both members and merchants.
The new version includes two key features that we believe will enhance your membership experience:
- Custom Membership Pages: You can now create a custom page for your membership, which allows you to showcase your brand and provide more information about the benefits of becoming a member.
- Custom Membership Questions: You can now ask custom questions necessary to participate in the membership. For example, you can ask for "emergency contact" details from your members. This feature will help you to get more information from your members and ensure that they are the right fit for your membership.
Additionally, we are excited to announce that you can now export the data from your membership. You can easily download the data to a CSV file and use it for reporting or analysis. This feature will enable you to have more control over your membership data.
We have also made improvements to the payment process to make it easy and seamless for both members and merchants. Members will get renewal reminders should they wish to continue their membership. Our payment system integrates with popular payment solutions like EFT, Card, Masterpass and Snapscan.
