Participation in the Ambassador Program does not constitute employment, partnership, or agency with Uju. Ambassadors act as independent promoters.
Ambassadors earn 20% of the monthly subscription fee (currently R299) paid by each merchant they refer, for up to 6 consecutive months. If the referred merchant cancels, pauses, or fails to pay, commissions stop.
Commissions are paid monthly, only after Uju successfully receives payment from the referred merchant. Payouts are subject to a minimum threshold and may be delayed due to billing cycles or technical issues.
To be eligible, referrals must use your unique referral code or link at sign-up. Manual referrals may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Uju reserves the right to update or discontinue the program, including commission rates, duration, and eligibility, at any time with or without notice.
Spamming, misrepresenting Uju, or any form of unethical promotion will result in removal from the program and forfeiture of unpaid commissions.
Ambassadors may promote other services, but must not disparage or mislead others about Uju.
Ambassadors are responsible for reporting and paying any applicable taxes on their earnings in their jurisdiction.
Earnings are not guaranteed and depend on the number and quality of merchants referred.
